There are many ways to make a Cosmopolitain, and MrE3000 does a good job of analyzing how Cosmopolitan magazine covers might all be made with transgendered Male to Female (MTF) individuals as the base ingredient.

Looking at the pile of magazine covers of ‘Cosmo’ mag there are many celebrities that figures who have already been identified as being transgendered in various transinvestigations – both on Youtube, Transvestigator or here on Fakeologist. The individuals that have not yet been scrutinized through gender investigation look very similar to their celebrity siblings already investigated and confirmed FTM (or at least to a definite degree in most cases)…

After various editorial changes over the years it was Helen Gurley Brown who was responsible for publishing the magazine we identify as ‘Cosmo’ today. Brown arrived as chief editor in 1965 and set her readership target as single women and created the ‘Cosmo’ girl. The Cosmopolitan cover format typically consist of a young female celebrity or model in revealing outfit.
